Joshua Bacomo

Joshua Bacomo is a music education and voice student at Westminster Choir College of Rider University. He currently studies voice with Todd Thomas and is currently working with conductor Dr. Donald Nally as a member of the Westminster Choir. In addition to his vocal work, Joshua currently involved with Westminster Opera Theatre in Speed Dating Tonight! by Michael Ching. This portfolio highlights his performance, teaching, and scholarly work as a musician and educator.

In the classroom and rehearsal space, Joshua believes that music should be engaging, expressive, and accessible to all students. He emphasizes learning through creativity, exploration, and active participation, drawing from his experience directing musical theatre productions, teaching piano and voice, and designing diverse lesson plans across multiple areas of music education. As a passionate musical and opera performer, he brings energy and storytelling into everything he does, striving to create meaningful musical experiences that build confidence, foster connection, and inspire a lifelong love of music.
